How it works\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n

The product flows horizontally through the bead mill from the inlet on the motor side of the grinding chamber.<\/p>\n

When the turbine rotates at high speed, it exerts strong centrifugal force and radial jet force on the slurry and media balls.<\/p>\n

The beads are “caught” by the turbine blades and thrown out at high speed along the radial direction of the blades, hitting the wall of the grinding chamber and then returning, thus forming a relatively fixed and orderly large circulation loop in the grinding chamber.<\/p>\n

The product of target particle size flows through the rotative screen mounted on the central shaft and flows through the special designed hollow shaft.<\/p>\n

Used in the processing of almost all of the product that need to be ground to ultra-fine level and suitable for almost every viscosity.<\/p>\n

Using grinding media of zirconia from 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm and several types of solvent, depending the product properties.<\/p>\n

Various materials for product-wetted components to meet the different requirements, such as zirconia, polyurethane, alloy steel for rotor and polyurethane, zirconia, silicon carbide, stainless steel for inside layer of grinding chamber.<\/p>\n
