Hongkai Intelligent Co.,Ltd (HKZN) was founded in 2015. With China’s rapid development in the new energy sector over the past decade, HKZN has achieved rapid growth from zero to an annual turnover of approximately 300 million yuan.

HKZN is located in Guangzhou, one of China’s economic and high-end manufacturing centers. Leveraging this advantage, HKZN has established a strong R&D center and collaborates closely with Guangzhou. To reduce product costs and improve product value, HKZN has commissioned a 33,260.62 square meter production base in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, with a total investment of 200 million RMB.

HKZN has thoroughly studied the bead mill structures of internationally renowned manufacturers and has developed the latest bead mill rotor structures, including pin, turbine, and disc. Most of HKZN’s bead mills can be equipped with either asynchronous motors (ACIM motor) or more energy-efficient permanent magnet motors (PMSM Motor). For media and material separation, HKZN not only offers the separation screen fixed to the rear of the grinder used by mainstream European and American manufacturers, but has also  developed a rotative screen mounted on the central shaft, significantly improving separation efficiency and reducing the operational costs of screen cleaning.

HKZN’s innovative products have been selected by several well-known customers in China’s new energy sector, such as BYD and CATL, helping the customers to achieve its targets in grinding of challenging materials. Based on its success in the new energy sector, HKZN has gradually expanded into other grinding fields, with successful cases in paints, inks, pesticides, and other industries. In the recent years, HKZN has entered the international market with equipment deployed in countries including Japan, South Korea, Indonesia and Australia.

Internationalization, multi-sector applications, and continuous R&D are the strategic directions for HKZN’s future development.
