Nano horizontal agitator bead mill with turbine+pin-type rotor and fixed screen mounted on the Rear in Grinding Chamber equipped PMSM motor

Breakthrough technology in the industry of nano grinding to combine the advantages of two types of motors, pin-type and turbine-type.

Different from the traditional bead mill driven by three-phase asynchronous motor, driven by Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.

 

How it works:

The slurry flows horizontally through the bead mill from the inlet on the motor side of the grinding chamber.

The turbine rotor generates powerful axial flow and intense shear forces, acting as a highly efficient premixer and disperser, quickly breaking up agglomerated powders and completing preliminary dispersion and mixing.

The following pin rotor generates extremely high shear forces and collision rates, grinding the remaining coarse particles or aggregates to extremely fine levels, and finally, the product of target particle size flow through the screen fixed on the rear of the grinding chamber.

Different from the traditional bead mill driven by three-phase asynchronous motor, the DSR model bead mills are driven by Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.

Features:

Grinding the materials to nano-level (1μm-200 nm)

Used in the processing of almost all of the product that need to be ground to ultra-fine level and suitable for almost every viscosity.

Using grinding media of zirconia from 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm and several types of solvent, depending the product properties.

Various materials for product-wetted components to meet the different requirements, such as zirconia, polyurethane, alloy steel for rotor and polyurethane, zirconia, silicon carbide, stainless steel for inside layer of grinding chamber.

Optimized cooling layer equipped outside the grinding chamber, cooling coil beneath the sieve and the cooling device for the mechanical seal to control the temperature rise below 20 degrees.
