How it works:
The product flows horizontally through the bead mill from the inlet on the motor side of the grinding chamber.
The particles in slurry collide, rub, shear and grind with the media continuously to the target particle size.
The product of target particle size flows through the rotative sieve mounted on the central shaft and flows through the special designed hollow shaft and finally exists from the bead mill.

Optimized cooling layer equipped outside the grinding chamber, cooling coil beneath the sieve and the cooling device for the mechanical seal to control the temperature rise below 20 degrees.
